Julio Amado Ruiz Fernández
Born in Moca in 1973.Conocido like Julio Fernandez, after a series of concerns for drawing since childhood, began to study drawing and painting at The School of Fine Arts in Moca in 1990 under the direction and artist Kennedy Castillo. In 1993 he moved to Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, Santiago extension (ongoing), with the purpose of studying Arts Advertising, which ends with great success.
